Cristiano Ronaldo in full Real Madrid training session ahead of Man City tie
Cristiano Ronaldo completed Monday’s training session with Real Madrid as he stepped up his bid to be fit for Wednesday’s Champions League semifinal second leg against Manchester City.

Ronaldo sat out last week’s goalless draw at the Etihad Stadium with a thigh injury, which also kept him out of Saturday’s 1-0 Primera Division win at Real Sociedad.
However, the Portugal captain was back in training on Sunday, participating with his teammates for the first half before working individually for the remainder, and he was able to take a full part in Monday’s session.
While the news about Ronaldo looks promising for Madrid, it is less clear whether Karim Benzema will be able to feature against City.
The France international was replaced at half-time in the first leg against City with a hamstring problem and was limited to running apart from the rest of the group on Monday.
Madrid midfielder Casemiro, meanwhile, worked inside after picking up a knock against Sociedad.

Samsung is offering Note 7 owners in South Korea the chance to upgrade their phone to a Note 8 for half the price when the as-yet-unannounced handset becomes available next year. In a statement on Monday, Samsung said customers who trade in their Note 7 phone for either a flat-screen or curved-screen version of the Galaxy S7 can trade up for a Galaxy S8 or Note 8 smartphone launching next year through an upgrade programme. The news seemingly confirms that Samsung will be continuing the Note line despite the disaster of the Note 7, which was permanently discontinued earlier this month. According to Reuters, Note 7 owners in Korea will only have to pay half the price of a Galaxy S7 to get their hands on a Galaxy S8 or Note 8 next year. When Samsung was asked if the sa...
