Serena Williams Talks About Twerking in Beyonce’s ‘Lemonade’: ‘She Just Wants Me to Dance’

Serena Williams explained how she ended up twerking in a sexy bodysuit in Beyoncé’s new visual album, Lemonade, and revealed the pop diva’s simple on-set instructions for the tennis star.
“I have known the director [Dikal Rimmasch] since I was like 9 years old. I know Beyoncé pretty well, so they were like, ‘We would love for you to be in this particular song. It’s about strength and it’s about courage and that’s what we see you as,’ ” Williams, 34, told reporters (via the Associated Press) in Rome, where she is currently competing in the The Internazionali BNL d’Italia.
The seasoned athlete appeared in the video for the controversial Lemonade track “Sorry,” in which Beyoncé, 34, flips her middle fingers at her cheating man and a mysterious mistress known only (as the Beyhive is well aware) as “Becky with the good hair.”
Marriage drama aside, Williams said that the behind-the-scenes vibes for “Sorry” were nothing but positive and decidedly relaxed. Queen Bey, a self-described “perfectionist” who prides herself on an acute attention to detail, allowed the Wimbledon champ to do her own thing in front of the camera.
“She told me that she just wants me to dance, like just be really free and just dance like nobody’s looking and go all out,” Williams continued. “So that wasn’t easy in the beginning, but then it got easier. … I thought that particular song on the visual album was really a strong song, and it was also really fun at the same time.”

Samsung to give Korean Note 7 owners a 50% discount on Note 8

Samsung is offering Note 7 owners in South Korea the chance to upgrade their phone to a Note 8 for half the price when the as-yet-unannounced handset becomes available next year. According to a report from Reuters, the company announced the deal as part of an ongoing exchange program for the Note 7 in its home country, but there’s no word on whether the same offer will be made in the US. In a statement on Monday, Samsung said customers who trade in their Note 7 phone for either a flat-screen or curved-screen version of the Galaxy S7 can trade up for a Galaxy S8 or Note 8 smartphone launching next year through an upgrade programme. The news seemingly confirms that Samsung will be continuing the Note line despite the disaster of the Note 7, which was permanently discontinued earlier this month. According to Reuters, Note 7 owners in Korea will only have to pay half the price of a Galaxy S7 to get their hands on a Galaxy S8 or Note 8 next year. When Samsung was asked if the sa...
